The first-park-day guarantee

48 hours from your first park day to ask for your money back.

Why the first park day

You cannot know whether a trip guide is any good until you are standing in the park with it. Judging it the day you buy it, months before you fly, tells you nothing. So the clock does not start at purchase. It starts the first day you walk through a gate.

How to ask

If you bought on our website and the first day did not earn its keep, ask us within 48 hours of your first park day and we refund the purchase in full.

It is one guarantee per account. An in-app purchase is refunded by Apple instead.

Send one message to hello@parkcue.app from the email address you bought with, any time within 48 hours of your first park day. Say that you want your money back. That is the whole process.

You do not have to explain yourself, fill in a form, or answer a survey first. If you want to tell us what went wrong we will read it carefully and it will change what we build, but it is not a condition of the refund.

What happens next

  • We refund the full purchase price to the card you paid with.
  • Your plan stays readable until the end of your trip. We do not lock a family out mid-holiday.
  • Nothing renews, because ParkCue was never a subscription. There is nothing to cancel.

What this is not

This is a refund promise, not an insurance policy. ParkCue cannot refund your park tickets, your flights or your hotel, and it does not promise that a ride will be open or a queue will be short. It promises that if the guide did not help your family, you should not have paid for it.

Still deciding?

Read how the plan is actually built before you buy. The guarantee exists so that the decision is low-stakes, not so that the page has to oversell.
