Talk to a person

One address, read by the people who build ParkCue. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.

hello@parkcue.app

If something is wrong while you are in the park

Say where you are and what the plan told you to do. Park-day problems get looked at first, because they have an expiry date: a wrong recommendation at 2pm is worthless feedback at 9pm.

If you want your money back

Send one message from the email address you bought with, within 48 hours of your first park day, saying you want a refund. You do not have to explain. The whole promise is on the guarantee page.

What helps us answer faster

  • The email address on your purchase.
  • Which resort and which day of your trip.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Things we cannot do

ParkCue is not affiliated with Disney or Universal. We cannot book, move or refund your park tickets, dining reservations or ride reservations, and we cannot see your account with them. Wait times and park hours come from ThemeParks.wiki; if a park publishes something wrong, ParkCue will repeat it, and we would like to know when it happens.
